I see a lot of attempted repairs. It becomes obvious which tuner/tech has been trained properly and who has not. This one takes the cake. I was a little worried to leave my business card in the piano for fear that the next tuner will think I did this hack job.

Went to this customer to tune an “upright piano”. This was one cool looking upright. Very Art Deco. Apparently is rare and sought after. Unfortunately, it would not hold a tuning. Now it is a really neat conversation piece.
