Cupid model from a Sohmer Grand Piano

Cupid model from a Sohmer Grand Piano

at a piano tuning in Wellesly I noticed this “cupid” model Sohmer grand piano has agraffes at the bridge instead of before the dampers.  As the sound board flattens out the down bearing pressure at the bridge changes.  Now these notes a very “buzzy”.
